If for any reason you decide to refuse the purchased Product, then, in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1, return of the Product is possible subject to the following conditions:
Return of a Product of proper quality.
• The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Product at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the Product - within 7 (seven) days.
• Return of a Product of proper quality is possible if the specified Product has not been used, its marketable condition, consumer properties, seals and factory tags have been preserved, and a sales receipt, cash receipt or another document confirming payment for the specified Product is available.
If the marketable condition, consumer properties, seals or factory tags of the returned Product have not been preserved by the Buyer, such Product shall not be accepted by the Seller for return, and accordingly the Seller shall be released from the obligation to refund the Buyer for such Product.
• The Buyer may not refuse a Product of proper quality having individually determined properties if the specified Product can be used exclusively by the Buyer who purchased it.
• If, upon return of a Product of proper quality, the Seller discovers defects and damage to the Product, they will be recorded by photo and video, and also reflected in the inspection report for the Product received for return.
• At the Seller's initiative, an examination may be carried out in order to determine whether the Product has been used. If this fact is confirmed as a result of the examination, the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for the cost of such examination.
• If the Buyer refuses a Product of proper quality, the Seller must return to the Buyer the amount paid by the consumer under the agreement, except for the Seller's delivery expenses, no later than 10 days from the date the consumer submits the relevant demand.
• Return of the Product shall be made by the Buyer by sending the Product to the Seller via the CDEK courier service. Return of the Product cash on delivery is not allowed. If the Buyer violates this condition, the return of the Product shall be deemed not to have been made by the Buyer, and the Seller shall be released from the obligation to receive such shipment and make payment.
• Expenses related to the return of a Product of proper quality shall be borne by the Buyer.

Return of a Product of improper quality
• If defects are found in the Product and they were not stipulated by the Seller, the Buyer has the right, at their choice, to demand:
- replacement of the Product;
- repair of the Product;
- refund of the money paid for the Product.
• The Seller has the right to refuse exchange, repair or return of the Product if the substantial defect of the Product is not a manufacturing defect but an эксплуатационный defect.
• In the event of disagreement regarding the existence of defects in the Product or the reasons for their occurrence, the Seller has the right to arrange an independent examination at its own expense. The Buyer has the right to participate in the examination and challenge its result in court. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the Product
arose due to circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible (for example, they are operational defects), then the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for the cost of the examination, as well as the expenses for storage and transportation of the Product related to such examination.
• Funds will be refunded to the bank card used for payment within 10 days after receipt of the application and inspection of the Product.

• Expenses related to the return of a Product of improper quality shall be borne by the Seller.
To arrange the return of a Product of improper quality, you need to:

• Take several photographs of the identified defects;
